If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?

Hmmm...Glitterspryte question. I wouldn't ever want to divorce my decisions from as many of their ramifications as I could consider. I also don't know that I could take singlehanded responsibility for willfully shaping the world to please myself and my conception of how it should be outside of those ramifications. And finally, I don't think that a single part of the world could be changed without drastically changing other parts. I think, therefore, that I'll continue to change the world the way I have been, rather than wishing to change it in some other way that would too closely resemble imposing my will over it.

And then I'd go hug a tree and dance with faeries, and read a good book and kiss my fox-boy and regret that I didn't do anything about capitalism and globalization, or George W. or the variety of violences that people commit against each other. But I'd still rather not risk committing those violences myself in response.

I think I would want to die if I couldn't dance. I am not kidding.

I'm pretty sure Megan is a contender from the ancientwisdom camp, although I'd like a more galicized spelling (Meaghan, maybe?). I'm also an Aeriel fan. Ashrael would be keen for a boy or girl, and I've always been fond of Alexander variations (Alasdair, Alexei, etc.). I like names that begin with A. It's a good letter.

in my post of the same nature I listed Ailesh Meaghan for a girl and Alexander was one of my choices for boy. That cracks me up. I always knew you had taste!
